¢º The M-40-p and M-50-P are the first in a serise of large top
loading jet washers. This style is preferred when floor
space is at a premium (no door to swing out). While the M-
40 lid(supported with two gas cylinders) is opened
manually, the M-50 lid is powered up and down with push
controls.
¡¼ DOORS AND LIDS ARE SEALED SO THAT NOTHING-
NEITHER WATER NOR STEAMESCAPES THE CABINET.
THE METAL EDGE OF THE DOOR (LID) MESHES WITH
THE CABINET TO BLOCK THE WATER. A SNAPON
GASKET SEALS IN THE STEAM¡½
¢º The lids of the M-50-p, M-60-P, and M-70-p, are powered
up and down with a rear mounted, linear actrator. The
push utton controls for the linear actuator are located on the
main control panel. All top loaders have a "jog" button to
index the turntable when loading and unloading.
¡¼ ALL CIRCUITS ARE FUSED, GROUNDED, AND NUMBERED.
MOTORS ARE PROTECTED WITH CURRENT LOAD
DEVICES.¡½
¢º The bodies of the top loading jet washers slope downward
towards the front so that parts can be conveniently loaded
by hand. When the lids are in the up position, the front
edge of the cabinets are waist high (41" above the ground)
and only 14" above the parts basket.
¡¼ THE TANK FLOOR SLOPES TOWARDS THE DRAIN. THE
TANK IS COVERED IN THE SPRAY AREA TO PREVENT
PARTS AND DEBRIS FORM FALLING INTO THE HOT
WATER. REMOVEABLE COVER PLATES MAKE TANK
ACCESS CONVENIENT.¡½ |
