HOME > Product > MainTenance Equipment          Quick welding machine Simplex mechanical rail puilersjexpanders are easily used by one man  for crossing and switch tining, renewing insulated joints and end  posts. Rated at 30 tons, the Simplex550A incorporates a square socket design for use with 1 1/2" square X66" long standard railroad lining bar.  Service interruptions are not necessary. The alloy-steel, heat treated U-bar is designed to precisely fit the rail web, so that when the lever  socket is locked down, nothing protrudes above the rail which could  endanger active service.                          Simplex RPI-120 continuous welded rail tensioning system with 120 ton  capacity allows for fast installation or repairs to   continuous welded rail. The Simplex system goes over the tip of the rail  so that ballast or tie removal Is not required. Sufficient   space is provided between the rail clamp brackets and the pulling screws  to allow for the use of welding molds and weld shears.                  Because the puller screws are adjustable, the 10 inch stroke  cylinders can applythe full 10 inch stroke to the rail pull,   resulting in fewer rail pulls per mile.       ※These MBterials are included:     ■ Two 60 Ton Center Hole Cylinders w/10" stroke.   ■ Tonnage Gauge                 ■ Two Rail Gripping Brackets    ■ Four Wedged Jaws      ■ Two Pulling Screws    ■ Four Nuts             ■ Gasoline Power Pump   ■ Four 6', High Pressure Hose Assemblies.     ■ Shut-Off Valve
